Production Operative

Description: We are recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing client based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for consistent temporary work in a modern facility.

Duties include:

• Operating production line machinery
• Quality checking products to meet client specifications
• Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
• Reporting faults or quality issues to supervisors
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous production or factory experience is an advantage
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Must be able to provide right-to-work documentation

Shifts available: Early (6am–2pm), Days (8am–4pm), and Nights (10pm–6am).
