Warehouse Operative

Description: Recruitment Monster are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre in Birmingham on a temporary basis, with the potential for ongoing work.

Duties include:

• Picking and packing orders to meet daily targets
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Using handheld scanners to process stock
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet targets
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Steel toe-capped boots required (own PPE preferred)

Shifts available: Days, Nights, and Twilight shifts available. Monday to Friday with weekend overtime opportunities.
