A Coventry-based manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to manage a shift team.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be on the shop floor, managing output, coaching your team, and driving performance.

Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of 8–15 production operatives
• Planning and allocating daily workload
• Monitoring output against production targets
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards
• Conducting toolbox talks and daily briefings
• Supporting recruitment, training, and development of team members

What you’ll bring:
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment at team leader level
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Lean manufacturing knowledge advantageous
