We’re recruiting Care Assistants to work in residential and nursing care homes across Taunton and the surrounding area.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll make a genuine difference to the lives of elderly and vulnerable residents.

Your duties will include:
• Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting mealtimes and ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Recording care accurately in line with care plans
• Maintaining the dignity and privacy of all residents at all times

Requirements:
• Previous care experience preferred (but not essential — we can support with training)
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach
• Reliable and punctual
