A growing construction contractor in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for permanent placement.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll supervise trades and labour on a busy commercial construction project, ensuring work is carried out safely, to programme, and to specification.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising subcontractors and direct labour
• Enforcing health and safety standards on site
• Conducting daily briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks
• Monitoring progress against programme
• Maintaining site records and completing paperwork
• Liaising with the Site Manager and other stakeholders

Requirements:
• SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) certificate
• CSCS Supervisory Card
• Minimum 3 years’ site supervision experience
• Excellent communication skills
• First Aid at Work certificate
