We’re looking for CSCS-carded General Labourers to support various construction sites across Bristol and the surrounding area.

This is varied work across residential and commercial projects — you’ll be working alongside trades, keeping sites clean and safe, and assisting where needed.

Typical duties:
• Site clearance and material movement
• Assisting tradespeople with general tasks
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Erecting and dismantling hoarding and barriers
• Maintaining site tidiness and safety standards
• Operating groundworks plant (depending on experience)

Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card (Green Labourer card minimum)
• PPE: hard hat, hi-vis, steel toecap boots (own PPE required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
