We’re recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a growing Bristol-based business on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to go permanent.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders.
Your day-to-day:
β’ Handling inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
β’ Resolving customer complaints and escalating where necessary
β’ Processing orders, returns, and refunds on internal systems
β’ Maintaining accurate customer records
β’ Meeting individual and team targets for quality and response times
What we’re looking for:
β’ Previous customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
β’ Excellent communication skills β written and verbal
β’ Empathetic and solution-focused
β’ Confident with IT and able to navigate multiple systems
β’ Calm under pressure
