A growing SME in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of their day-to-day office operations and support the senior leadership team.
This is a broad, hands-on role β perfect for someone who thrives on variety and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up.
What you’ll be doing:
β’ Managing the day-to-day running of the office
β’ Supervising a small admin team
β’ Overseeing HR administration β contracts, onboarding, holiday tracking
β’ Managing supplier relationships and office procurement
β’ Supporting the directors with diary management and correspondence
β’ Coordinating company events and away days
β’ Maintaining compliance records and company documentation
You’ll need:
β’ Proven office management experience in an SME environment
β’ Excellent organisational and communication skills
β’ Confident using Microsoft Office β particularly Excel and Outlook
β’ Proactive and solutions-oriented β you’ll spot a problem before it becomes one
β’ Discreet and professional β you’ll handle sensitive information
