A growing SME in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of their day-to-day office operations and support the senior leadership team.

This is a broad, hands-on role β€” perfect for someone who thrives on variety and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up.

What you’ll be doing:
β€’ Managing the day-to-day running of the office
β€’ Supervising a small admin team
β€’ Overseeing HR administration β€” contracts, onboarding, holiday tracking
β€’ Managing supplier relationships and office procurement
β€’ Supporting the directors with diary management and correspondence
β€’ Coordinating company events and away days
β€’ Maintaining compliance records and company documentation

You’ll need:
β€’ Proven office management experience in an SME environment
β€’ Excellent organisational and communication skills
β€’ Confident using Microsoft Office β€” particularly Excel and Outlook
β€’ Proactive and solutions-oriented β€” you’ll spot a problem before it becomes one
β€’ Discreet and professional β€” you’ll handle sensitive information
