A professional services company in Bath requires a Receptionist to cover their busy front of house on a temporary basis.
This is the face of the business — you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and you’ll be supporting the wider office team with administration.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally
• Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls
• Managing the meeting room diary
• Sorting and distributing incoming post
• General office administration and support
• Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
• Smart, professional presentation
• Friendly, confident telephone manner
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word)
• Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
