We’re recruiting Dust Cart Operatives (Refuse Collectors) to work on domestic and commercial waste collection routes in Bristol.

This is a physical, outdoor role — you’ll be working as part of a two or three-person crew, collecting waste from kerbside and commercial premises.

What you need:
• Physically fit and able to walk 8–12 miles per shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
• Reliable and punctual — early starts required (typically 6am)
• Team player
• Previous refuse collection or outdoor labouring experience desirable

Steel toecap boots and hi-vis provided. Immediate starts available.
