A precision manufacturing company in Derby requires experienced Machine Operators on a temporary basis, with the view to going permanent for the right candidate.

You’ll be operating CNC or production machinery, setting up jobs, monitoring output quality, and making adjustments as required.

Required skills:
• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Understanding of safe working practices and PPE requirements
• Flexible and reliable — shift work required
