A well-regarded manufacturing and distribution company in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a Sales Administrator to support their sales team on a permanent basis.
This is a vital support role β you’ll be the link between the sales team, customers, and the internal operations team.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
β’ Processing customer orders accurately and on time
β’ Liaising with customers regarding order status, delivery, and queries
β’ Raising quotes and sales documentation
β’ Maintaining the CRM system with accurate customer and order data
β’ Coordinating with warehouse and logistics on despatch and delivery
β’ Supporting the sales team with reports and admin tasks
You’ll need:
β’ Previous sales admin or order processing experience
β’ Strong IT skills β confident using CRM and ERP systems
β’ Excellent attention to detail
β’ Clear, professional communication skills
β’ Positive, can-do attitude
