A well-regarded manufacturing and distribution company in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a Sales Administrator to support their sales team on a permanent basis.

This is a vital support role β€” you’ll be the link between the sales team, customers, and the internal operations team.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
β€’ Processing customer orders accurately and on time
β€’ Liaising with customers regarding order status, delivery, and queries
β€’ Raising quotes and sales documentation
β€’ Maintaining the CRM system with accurate customer and order data
β€’ Coordinating with warehouse and logistics on despatch and delivery
β€’ Supporting the sales team with reports and admin tasks

You’ll need:
β€’ Previous sales admin or order processing experience
β€’ Strong IT skills β€” confident using CRM and ERP systems
β€’ Excellent attention to detail
β€’ Clear, professional communication skills
β€’ Positive, can-do attitude
