A well-established construction contractor in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a new residential development.

You’ll have overall responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of the project, managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, and reporting to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management of a residential construction site
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and directly employed labour
• Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification
• Health and safety management — site inductions, risk assessments, toolbox talks
• Managing material deliveries and site logistics
• Maintaining site records, diaries, and progress reports
• Quality control of all works

Requirements:
• Proven site management experience on residential projects
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate
• First Aid at Work certificate
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• CSCS Black Managers Card
