A large manufacturing company in Coventry is looking for a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to support their on-site health and wellbeing function.

You’ll be the lead clinical professional on site, providing a comprehensive occupational health service to approximately 800 employees.

Key responsibilities:
• Conducting pre-employment health assessments and ongoing health surveillance
• Managing sickness absence and supporting return-to-work programmes
• Providing health advice to managers and employees
• Identifying occupational health risks and advising on control measures
• Delivering health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
• Maintaining accurate clinical records

Requirements:
• NMC registered nurse with OH specialist qualification (SCPHN or OH diploma)
• Previous occupational health experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Understanding of employment law in relation to health and absence
