An established residential care home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Care Home Manager to lead their dedicated team.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities:
• Overall management of a 40-bed residential care home
• Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining a Good or Outstanding rating
• Leading, developing, and retaining a high-performing care team
• Managing occupancy, budgets, and financial performance
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
• Overseeing safeguarding, risk management, and governance

Requirements:
• Registered Manager status or willingness to register
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven care home management experience
• Strong understanding of CQC inspection frameworks
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
