We’re looking for Housing Support Workers for a charity providing supported accommodation to vulnerable adults in Bristol.

You’ll be working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance misuse, helping them to stabilise their lives and move towards independence.

Responsibilities:
• Providing practical and emotional support to residents
• Helping residents with tenancy management, benefits claims, and budgeting
• Liaising with external agencies — mental health teams, probation, social services
• Conducting risk assessments and contributing to support plans
• Maintaining accurate case notes and records
• Responding to safeguarding concerns appropriately

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with vulnerable adults
• Enhanced DBS
• Good written communication skills
• Resilient, empathetic, and professional

Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends required.
