We’re seeking Registered General Nurses (RGN) to work in residential and nursing care homes across Exeter and the surrounding area.

Your responsibilities:
• Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating nursing care for residents
• Administering and overseeing medication management
• Liaising with GPs, hospital teams, and other healthcare professionals
• Completing clinical documentation accurately
• Mentoring and supporting care staff during your shift
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards

Requirements:
• Current NMC registration (RGN)
• Minimum 1 year’s post-registration experience
• Care home experience advantageous
• Enhanced DBS
