We’re looking for a Stores Person to join a busy manufacturing site in Derby on a temporary basis.

You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials and components to the production floor, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the stores area is organised and tidy.

Key duties:
• Booking in deliveries and checking against purchase orders
• Issuing parts and materials to production using a stores management system
• Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts
• Raising low-stock alerts and purchase requisitions
• Operating a counterbalance forklift to move and store materials
• Maintaining 5S standards in the stores area
