We’re recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for a well-established distribution business based in Taunton. This is a permanent role with genuine career progression.

You’ll oversee a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. You’ll be the first point of contact for your team and a key liaison between the warehouse floor and management.

Key responsibilities:
• Supervising a team of 8–12 warehouse staff
• Managing daily workload and shift planning
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
• Stock control and inventory management
• Conducting team briefings and performance reviews
• Driving efficiency and continuous improvement

Ideal candidate:
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using warehouse management systems
• Forklift licence advantageous
