A growing 3PL logistics business in Leicester is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their operations team.

You’ll lead a small team of operatives on a rotating shift pattern, ensuring daily targets are met safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and motivate a team of 5–8 warehouse staff
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance against KPIs
• Conduct inductions and on-the-job training
• Enforce health and safety standards
• Escalate issues to the Warehouse Supervisor

You’ll need:
• Previous team leader or senior operative experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to lead by example on the warehouse floor
• Forklift licence desirable
